Reza Mollaei

Reza Mollaei has over two decades of experience in the petrochemical industry, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Pardis Petrochemical Complex since September 2003. In this role, Reza leads a diverse team across process engineering, inspection, quality control, and energy departments, focusing on optimizing plant operations and employee development. Reza has also held positions such as Head of Management Systems and Information and Communication Technology, where responsibilities included managing quality assurance and implementing ERP solutions. Previously, Reza served as Head of General Engineering and Head of Supervision Department, overseeing piping design, equipment management, and contractor monitoring. Further early career experience includes a mechanical engineering role at Pump & Turbine Iran (PETCO). Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University and a Bachelor of Science in Fluid Mechanics & Heat Transfer Engineering from Urmia University.
