Naveen Sharma

Naveen Sharma is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in learning and development, data analysis, and training management. As the Founder of Pottery Hub since March 2022, Naveen also serves as a Data Analyst at TAM Media Research Pvt. Ltd. since March 2015. Recently appointed as Zonal Training Manager at CEAT Limited, Naveen focuses on learning and development for the retail sector. Previous roles include Learning and Development Coordinator for Project Microsoft, Management Trainee at Udayan Care, and Learning and Development Specialist at Gati Limited, where responsibilities included developing training programs and HR policies. Earlier experience also encompasses positions as Training Manager at Don Bosco and Technical Specialist at Computer Plaza. Naveen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and a Computer Diploma from Vard, currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
