Pradeep Gargote has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Pradeep started their career in 2000 at Mahindra Automotive and Farm Equipment Sectors where they worked as Deputy Manager QA until 2007. Pradeep then joined AMW Motors Ltd as a Deputy Manager from 2007 to 2009. Since 2009, they have been working at CEAT Tyres Limited, initially as MR & Quality Assurance and later as the General Manager QA and Head Quality Assurance at the Bhandup Plant. Pradeep also handles International Product certification (Homologation) responsibilities.
