Siva Guru

Siva Guru is an experienced professional in the field of polymer technology, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in R&D at CEAT Limited since October 2023, focusing on raw material industrialization. Previously, Siva held a similar position at RR Kabel Limited, overseeing compound developments from January 2023 to October 2023, and worked at PARAGON POLYMER PRODUCTS (P) LTD - EXPORTS as an Assistant Manager in QA, where responsibilities included developing new and color compounds based on design team specifications from December 2021 to December 2022. Siva's career began as a Junior Engineer in R&D at Hwaseung R&A, involving incoming raw materials testing from August 2017 to December 2021, and included a role as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Siva holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Polymer Technology from Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology and is pursuing a Master of Technology in Polymer Technology at the Indian Institute of Polymer Science.
