David Muellenhoff's most recent work experience is as a Content Attorney at CEB - Continuing Education of the Bar, starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the General Counsel for a privately-held conglomerate of commercial enterprises from 2004 to 2019. David also provided software and SaaS product counsel for compliance. From 2000 to 2001, David worked as an Assistant Corporate Counsel at Stockpoint, Inc., where they performed similar duties related to licensing and vendor agreements for web-portal hosting and SaaS distribution of stock exchange data. Earlier in their career, from 1995 to 2000, they held the role of Director at D-M Information Systems, Inc., where they directed teams for complex litigation-support projects. These projects included multistate tobacco litigation and various other cases for national and international law firms, as well as state attorneys general.
David Muellenhoff completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1987 to 1992. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Political Science.
