Kelly Lake

Kelly Lake has an extensive work experience history. Kelly currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at CEB - Continuing Education of the Bar, where they oversee the development and curation of legal content and continuing legal education. Kelly joined CEB in 2016. Additionally, Kelly is a Board Member at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), starting in 2021. Before these roles, they worked as a Strategic Growth, Technology & Transformation Consultant at Moran Technology Consulting from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Kelly held various positions at Thomson Reuters, including Vice President Platforms, Chief Technology Officer, Legal UK, Director of Content Operations, Product Manager Westlaw India, and Head of Editorial Sourcing. Their work at Thomson Reuters also involved overseeing the development of the Chinese editorial team and managing the acquisition and integration of the Chinese start-up business. Kelly's tenure at Thomson Reuters spanned from 1999 to 2014.

Kelly Lake attended Keele University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a LLB (Hons) degree in Law & Biochemistry. Following that, from 1998 to 1999, Kelly attended The University of Manchester to pursue an ABD Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Business Law.
