Angel-Linus R. Yap

Gino Yap is a licensed civil engineer who joined Cebu Landmasters in June 2010 after a three-year stint in Singapore as a project engineer of a specialty contractor. He was assigned in major reclamation soil improvement works by vibro-flotation in Tuas View Extension, Jurong Island Phase 4 and Pasir Panjang Terminals 3 & 4. He was also engaged in jet-grouting undertakings for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort Common Services Tunnel and the Marina Coastal Expressway C485. Prior to this, Gino served for four years as a project manager for various subdivision projects of Cebu’s real estate developer of the Maria Luisa Estate Park reputation. He was also project manager of a Cebu construction contractor that pioneered the precast Waffle Crete technology in the country.
