Michelle Morales

Michelle Morales is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Specialist at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies since August 2022, Michelle effectively addresses the manpower needs of various banking operations and has received recognition as a Galing Ka-Cebuana in January and October 2023. Prior roles include HR Focal at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, where responsibilities encompassed administrative duties and monitoring COVID-19 cases among staff, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Axiem Corporation, focusing on recruitment processes. Michelle’s foundational HR experience was established at Manila Teachers' Savings and Loan Association, Inc., where efforts in sourcing qualified candidates included partnerships with universities. An alumnus of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Michelle is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Relations Management at De La Salle University.
