Thomas Jefferson Dela Cruz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and training management. Currently serving as a Human Resources System Administrator and Talent Development Officer at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies since February 2015, Thomas leads the planning and implementation of training programs, facilitates supervisory training, and manages the Learning Management System. Previously, as the Learning and Development Section Head, responsibilities included drafting the training calendar, overseeing training reports, and conducting learning needs assessments. Early experience as a Learning and Development Specialist and Assistant further solidified expertise in training logistics and program facilitation. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Ateneo de Manila University in a recruitment role. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
