Carmen Cacho San José has extensive experience in the banking and payments sector, currently serving as the Director of New Products and Operations for Payments and Digital Banking at Cecabank since November 1997. Prior roles at Cecabank include Payments Systems Division Director, Operations Manager, Sales and Front Office Manager, and Disputes Service Manager. Carmen has also been a member of the Board of Directors for Trionis since September 2015 and for Eufiserv Payments, scrl since January 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Disputes Specialist at Caja España from May 1991 to November 1997. Carmen holds a licenciado in Filología Inglesa from Universidad de León and completed a Senior Management Program at IE Business School in 2013.
