Holly Loss

Holly Loss, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Coordinator of Special Programs at the Cecil County Health Department since September 2024, following a role as Health and Wellness Coordinator for Cecil County Government from May 2023 to September 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Health Coach at Noom Inc. from December 2020 to January 2023 and serving on the Board of Mary's Army from February 2016 to October 2022. Holly also has a background in coaching as the Head Cheer Coach at Cecil College from June 2011 to December 2016 and worked in various capacities including Medical Office Receptionist at Brandywine Urology and Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health from the American Public University System and an Associate of Science in Public Health from Cecil College.
