Debby Nolan

Debby Nolan is a versatile professional with extensive experience in education and wellness. As the Business Owner of Yoga Strong since July 2017, Debby specializes in developing programs for athletes, focusing on enhancing mental resilience, endurance, strength, agility, and injury prevention through yoga. Concurrently, Debby serves as a School Counselor for both Cecil County Public Schools and Conrad Schools of Science, roles held since September 2019 and June 2007, respectively. Additionally, Debby has been a Yoga and Barre Instructor at Serenity Yoga Studio since April 2016. Holding a Master of Education in Secondary School Counseling from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Delaware, Debby combines educational expertise with a passion for promoting physical and mental well-being.
