Jim Schwamman

Jim Schwamman is living proof that at Ceco, you can truly work your way to the top. Like many other management employees at Ceco, Jim started with the company as a Construction Manager right out of college (Iowa State University) in 1981 and found a home. Since then, Jim earned an MBA at Webster University in St. Louis and tackled a wide variety of roles at Ceco including District Manager, Vice President – Western Region and Vice President – Southern Operations. As President of Ceco, Jim was responsible for all operations of Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC.
