Kristy Mercer

Kristy Mercer has extensive experience in human resources and production operations, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources and HRIS Administrator at Ceco Door Products since July 2000. Previously, Kristy worked as a Production Associate at Quaker Oats from November 1992 to February 1997, managing reports on labor and production efficiencies, and in a similar role at Van de Kamp's during the same period. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University and an AAS in Mid-Management from Jackson State Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from Milan High School.
