Rupesh Bejugam

Rupesh Bejugam is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in program and project portfolio management, performance improvement, and team development. Currently employed at Ceco Door Products since March 2022, Rupesh previously held a similar role at Hutchinson from February 2017 to March 2022, focusing on sophisticated fluid management systems. Early in the career, Rupesh gained valuable experience as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Texas State University, a Mechanical Engineer Trainee at Avanti Bufa Pvt. Ltd., and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Rupesh holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
