With a Bachelor's degree in Business from University of Nevada, Reno, Javier has held titles such as Director Total Rewards, HR Benefits & Information Manager, and Assistant Community Manager. Most recently, Javier has been serving as the Director Total Rewards at CECO Environmental Corporation since October 2021.
