Marcy Kestner

Marcy Kestner has a diverse work experience in various industries, with a strong background in auditing and compliance. In 1991, they served as Assistant Vice President of Audit at The Citizens Banking Company, where they performed financial, operational, compliance, and information systems audits. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Information Systems Consultant at EY, supervising and conducting information systems audits for clients in different industries. From 1999 to 2006, they were the Internal Audit Director at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, managing a team and leading the company to Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. In 2006, Marcy joined Multi-Color Corporation as the Internal Audit Vice President, establishing a value-added internal audit function. Marcy then worked at Worldpay as the Leader - Accounting, Compliance, overseeing the US SOX compliance efforts. In 2017, they started their own consulting business, Kestner Consulting, where they leveraged their diverse background to provide consulting services in auditing, budgeting, compliance, fraud investigations, and more. Most recently, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at CECO Environmental Corporation.

Marcy Kestner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. Marcy has also obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. Additionally, they have a certification in CISA from ISACA, which they obtained in October 1998.
