Jacqueline Crespo Poveda is a seasoned Quality Manager at Cecotec Innovaciones S. L. since January 2019, with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service support gained during a nine-year tenure at LG Electronics. At LG Electronics, roles included providing both technical and management support to official service networks, as well as training and quality control for service departments. Jacqueline completed a Technical Engineering degree in Telecommunications, specializing in Electronic Systems from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia and the Waterford Institute of Technology, followed by a specialization in Lean Management from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet.
