Rafrafi Hatem is an experienced IT professional specializing in database administration and cloud infrastructure management. Currently serving as IT Team Manager for Infrastructure Cloud Azure at CED Europe since February 2021, Rafrafi has previously held roles at ALL Circuits, Komutel Tunisie, and Sagemcom, where responsibilities included designing and securing SQL Server databases, managing data architecture, and enhancing IT systems for production traceability. Rafrafi holds an engineering degree in computer science from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Technologiques Tunis and possesses various certifications, including Oracle Certified Expert SQL and PHP5-Symfony2.
