Frank Cabrales is the Director of Delivery at Smartlink Group, where they lead a team of engineers and project managers to deliver innovative telecom solutions. With extensive expertise in customer relationship management, capital expenditures, and project development, Frank has a proven track record of exceeding client expectations by ensuring high-quality, efficient project delivery. Prior to Smartlink Group, Frank spent a decade at T-Mobile as a Manager of Engineering-Development, overseeing the design and implementation of wireless network infrastructure. They hold a bachelor's degree in Business/Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and are fluent in Spanish. Currently, Frank is seeking new challenges to further support the mission of a dynamic organization in the technology sector.
