Bec McIntosh

Bec McIntosh is the Chief Dot Connector and Associate Director of Communities for AI and ESG at CEDA, where they lead initiatives focused on enhancing member engagement and knowledge in these areas. With over 20 years of experience across community development, program design, and career development, Bec has previously held roles such as Principal of Global Programs at Trade and Investment Queensland and Career Strategist at The University of Queensland. They are dedicated to building collaborative ecosystems that support innovation and capacity-building, particularly in the context of AI transformation. Bec holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Arts in Digital Media, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Career Development.
