Cassandra Winzar

Cassandra Winzar currently serves as Chief Economist at the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) since 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Economist. Before joining CEDA, Cassandra held the role of Principal Economist at the Department of Communities WA from 2015 to 2020 and worked as an Economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Cassandra was a Senior Consultant specializing in Transfer Pricing at EY from 2009 to 2012. Cassandra Winzar holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) from The University of Western Australia, complemented by studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
