Karlena James is a seasoned events professional with extensive experience in event management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Events Manager at the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) since March 2021, Karlena has a history of leadership roles including Customer Service Duty Manager and Stand Manager at ANZ Stadium since 2003, and Manager of Conference and Events at Austmine from April 2018 to October 2020. Previous positions include Event Manager in the Venues and Services Industry and Senior Events Coordinator at CEDA from 2010 to 2017, as well as Events Coordinator at Diabetes Australia-NSW from 2006 to 2010.
