Andrew Ferguson

Andrew Ferguson has over a decade of experience in operational management, project governance, and logistics coordination. Currently serving as General Manager and Director at CEDA International since April 2012, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Business Services and Director of Operations for Dredging and Fluid Management, ensuring effective execution of projects across divisions. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Staff Officer at 1 Svc Bn HQ with the Canadian Forces and holding key positions within the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Forces. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Royal Military College of Canada and has completed various executive education programs at Queen's University, focusing on finance, leadership, and business execution.
