Martina Rinaldi has extensive experience in human resources, working at Cedacri since February 2005, where roles have evolved from Administration of Personnel to HRBP Senior, and currently HR Manager specializing in Training, Recruiting, and Development since March 2017. Prior to Cedacri, Rinaldi was involved in personnel selection at Openjob Consulting Srl from 2002 to 2005. Rinaldi holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and completed a Linguistic High School Diploma at Liceo Linguistico G. Marconi in Parma from 1990 to 1995.
