Roger Teagle

Roger Teagle is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and software industries. As a co-founder and director of Cedar Bay since July 2008, Roger has played a central role in driving business improvements and overseeing ERP implementations. Roger also co-founded Wavetree in 2015, providing strategic oversight alongside Neil Hamilton and Robert Freeman. In addition, Roger serves as Chairman of Teagle Machinery Limited since 2004, contributing their expertise to foster growth. Earlier career highlights include a directorship at Eagle Europe Ltd, where Roger facilitated electronic data capture solutions, and a sales director role at Minerva Industrial Systems. Roger began professional endeavors as a production supervisor at Westland Helicopters. Educationally, Roger holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brunel University of London.
