Judith Aguilar, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of HR at Cedar Hill ISD since July 2022, overseeing the district's human resources functions and strategic program implementations. Prior to this role, Judith was the Regional Managing Director of Staffing and HR at IDEA Public Schools from August 2020 to June 2022 and the Executive Director of Human Resources at Texans Can Academies from February 2008 to August 2020, where responsibilities included staffing management, wage administration, and employee relations. Early career roles included Director of Staffing and Recruiting, Staffing Specialist, Grant Accounting Assistant, and Accounts Payable. Judith holds a Master of Business Administration in School Finance & Operations from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
