Karen Oates-Jackson, MBA, Ed.D., is a dedicated educator and mentor with extensive experience in teaching English and curriculum development across multiple educational institutions, including Cedar Hill ISD and Uplift Education. Currently serving as an Honors English Teacher and Education Mentor, Karen Oates-Jackson specializes in fostering self-efficacy among mentees and creating engaging learning experiences for students.
