Kar'Ria Thurmon

Kar'ria Thurmon is a dedicated School Psychologist currently working at Cedar Hill ISD since November 2025, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and providing counseling as part of special education services. Previous experience includes roles as a School Psychologist at Uplift Education and Waxahachie Independent School District, and a Literacy Tutor at Dallas Afterschool. Kar'ria also completed an internship as a School Psychology Intern at Duncanville ISD and has experience as a Pilates Instructor, Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University-Commerce, and Virtual Instructor for Big Thought. Education includes a Master's degree in School Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Texas A&M University.
