Norbert Whitaker

Norbert Whitaker, Ed.D. serves as the Executive Director of Student Services at Cedar Hill ISD since July 2021. Prior to this role, Norbert Whitaker held the position of Director of Student Services at Duncanville ISD from June 2019 to August 2021, and served as Principal at Fort Worth ISD from June 2015 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Norbert Whitaker was an Assistant Principal at FWISD from June 2008 to June 2015. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a BBA in Business Administration from Grambling State University.
