Chip Specht is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing management across various industries. Currently serving as a Recruiter & HR Associate at Cedar Lakes Estate since November 2023, Chip previously held the position of Event Staffing Manager at STAFFED INC. from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Chip worked at Union Square Hospitality Group in various roles from January 2017 to July 2022, including Staffing Manager and Staff Booking Manager. Early career experience includes a managerial role in product development at Club Monaco and Lee Angel. Chip holds a degree from Rutgers University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
