Donna Beland - Frost

Donna Beland-Frost is an experienced area manager who has worked in various property management roles. From January 2017 to June 2018, Donna served as a community manager at CSI Property Management, and from February 1999 to September 2009, Donna worked as a senior association manager and office manager at Evergreen Management, Inc. In these roles, Donna demonstrated their ability to effectively manage multiple condominium and homeowners' associations, oversee budgets, prepare financial reports, facilitate meetings, handle maintenance and repairs, and manage service contracts. Prior to these roles, Donna also worked as a property manager and assistant property manager, gaining experience in managing associations, budget preparation, and owner communications.
