Maja Zino, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, has a strong and extensive background in human resources. Maja currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center from 2020 to 2023. From 2015 to 2020, Maja worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Operations Business Partner at CommUnityCare Health Centers. Before that, they gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. from 2007 to 2015, and at Pauline Books & Media from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Maja held the position of HR Generalist at ABC Group from 2004 to 2005, and HR Coordinator at Husky Injection Molding Systems in 2004. Throughout their various roles, Maja has demonstrated their expertise in providing day-to-day HR support, improving work relationships, conducting recruitment, and managing HR metrics.
