Elizabeth B. currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the City of Cedar Rapids, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Cedar Rapids Site and Workforce Development Manager at Urban Dreams from November 2020 to October 2021. Elizabeth's experience also includes working in Corporate Social Responsibility at Collins Aerospace and in Diversity & Community Relations at Rockwell Collins, where a variety of roles such as Sr Human Resource Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant were held from August 2015 to November 2020. Elizabeth B. holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution, an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Administration, and Operations from Kirkwood Community College, and additional studies at Columbia University.
