Katrin Dixon

Katrin Dixon is currently working as the Business Manager to the Head of People & Culture Austria at UniCredit Bank Austria AG. Katrin is also a People & Culture Development Expert at the company, where Katrin organises and coordinates training initiatives for the internal training program "Rising Stars" and focuses on associate and senior associate profiles. Previously, Katrin worked at ProntoPro as a Junior Recruiting Specialist, where Katrin was responsible for entire recruiting processes and conducted interviews and online-castings. Katrin has a Master of Arts in Organisations- und Personalentwicklung from FHWien der WKW and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftsberatung from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
