Holly Ruble is an experienced operations specialist currently working for the City of Cedar Rapids since February 2014, where roles have included operations shift supervisor and environmental compliance-energy management specialist. Prior experience encompasses a position as an environmental engineer at Terracon from July 2011 to January 2014 and a project engineer at Huff & Huff, Inc. from June 2008 to April 2010. Holly Ruble earned a degree from the University of Iowa, completing studies there from 2003 to 2008.
