Kristen Nguyen

Kristen Nguyen has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Kristen began their career as an Interpreter cum Customer Services Assistant at Chuong Tailor Co., Ltd, where they provided interpretation services, assisted customers, and prepared delivery confirmation documents. In 2014, they worked as an HR Intern in the Recruitment Team at Hoa Sen Group, recording candidate and employee profiles, and handling photocopying duties.

From 2016 to 2019, Kristen worked at HR1 Vietnam - Executive Search Firm in various roles. Kristen started as an HR & Admin Intern, where they inputted candidate profiles into the database, translated JDs and CVs, and prepared the meeting room for clients. Kristen then served as an HR Researcher, sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and recruiting websites. Later, they became a Recruitment Consultant cum Assistant of Managing Director, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' needs, advertising vacancies, and approaching potential candidates resulting in successful interview selections.

In 2021, Kristen joined bloo Recruitment as an Associate Recruitment Partner, responsible for sourcing candidates from social media, databases, and Indeed for the Perm on Demand division. Kristen also conducted mass recruitment, coordinated with clients for job requisitions, and ensured job requirements were met. Kristen subsequently advanced to the role of Senior Recruitment Partner (POD), managing high-level skilled positions and conducting mass recruitment.

Most recently, Kristen started working at Instawork in December 2021 as an Operations Specialist. Further details and accomplishments in this role are not available at this time.

Kristen Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) between 2012 and 2016. In 2020, they enrolled in Langara College and obtained a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, Kristen has obtained various certifications, including the Mimic Social Certificate of Completion from Stukent in November 2020, the Hootsuite Platform Certification and Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Academy in October 2020, the IELTS certification from IDP Education Vietnam in April 2019, and the TOEIC certification from IIG Vietnam in 2015.
