Prior experience includes desktop support roles at Rockwell Collins and John Deere, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining critical systems, and implementing new technologies. Jacob holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Hawkeye Community College.
