Sue Sager

Sue Sager is an experienced organizational development professional who founded IN FOCUS - Peak Performance Consulting, where they served as President from 1999 to 2009, facilitating strategic planning and leadership training for various clients. Sue held roles at the University of Iowa, where they developed and implemented change management processes and coached leaders, as well as at Northern Arizona University, where they managed employee development and relations. Currently, Sue serves as the Organizational Development Manager for the City of Cedar Rapids, working to enhance workforce engagement and foster a vibrant organizational culture. They hold a Master's degree in Student Personnel and Agency Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
