Tiffany Bauer is an experienced professional currently serving as a Benefits Business Analyst at the University of Iowa and as the Assistant Director at Patriot Recovery Residences, both roles held since August 2023. Additionally, Tiffany has been a Business Process and Systems Support Technician for the City of Cedar Rapids since April 2019, providing support for Peoplesoft HRMS and Financials systems, and acting as a liaison between finance and IT departments. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Systems Accounting Analyst at Transamerica, where responsibilities involved maintaining financial databases and reporting tools, and as a Technical Project Analyst at Randstad, focusing on application migration and customer service.
