Amy McCarthy

Amy McCarthy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including education and healthcare. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist for Cedar Springs Public Schools since November 2020, Amy manages district communications across multiple platforms and develops strategies outlined in the communications plan. Previously, Amy held the role of Communications Specialist at Spectrum Health, where responsibilities included marketing initiatives and digital content creation for the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation. Additional experience includes roles as a Screening Liaison for Allied Integrated Marketing, and various positions in production and promotions at iHeartRadio, The Intersection, and Walt Disney World. Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Communications from Western Michigan University.
