Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams is a Leasing Agent who is responsible for leasing The Duncan, FLATS newest building in the west loop consisting of 260 units. Prior to FLATS she worked in high-rise luxury lease-ups, multifamily, and student housing for over six years. Kayla graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
