Laurel Rich

Laurel Rich oversees all operations as Property Manager at Church + State, FLAT’s premier Cleveland, OH property. Laurel brings with her over 14-years of industry experience specializing in Multi-Site Management, Lease Ups, New Developments, Historic Renovations and overall operational efficiency from onsite to regional levels. Simultaneously, Laurel is a CAM License holder with a micro-credential in Student Housing, and a current 2021 CAPS Candidate. Prior to joining FLATS, Laurel worked as a Regional Manager in the Cleveland, OH and Miami, FL markets. Additionally, Laurel is the proud recipient of the 2016 Cleveland Citizens award.
