Tim Grimms

Tim assists in managing the company’s development and redevelopment projects and coordinates all aspects of the construction and design process, engaging directly with general contractors, architects, engineers and government officials. Tim also works within Method Construction’s general contracting side, recently overseeing the completion of the Ardus located at 676 N LaSalle. Prior to joining CEDARSst, Tim was a Project Manager at Pepper Construction where he was involved in multiple construction sectors including ground-up, healthcare, tenant improvement, hospitality, and multi-family. Tim is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
