Elaine Luong

Elaine Luong is an experienced professional in commercial strategy and operations, currently serving as a Manager at Cedar since June 2021. Prior to this, Elaine worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Huron, where significant contributions included identifying a $21.9 million revenue opportunity for a major California health system and optimizing patient scheduling processes for a large Ohio health system. Elaine has held leadership roles at the UCLA Student Wellness Commission and the CPR & First Aid Program at UCLA, where initiatives focused on wellness and course enrollment. Additional experiences include a research internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and a comprehensive internship shadowing physicians at UCLA Health. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from UCLA, earned in 2018.
