Dr. Preeti Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr.Preeti is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Cedarcrest Hospitals. Prior to this, they worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Troika Consulting Limited, where they were responsible for upgrading hospitals, setting up new specialties, and increasing revenue by 25%. Before that, they served as the Manager Operations: Quality and Audit at Guru Nanak Dev super specialty hospital, where they restructured processes and policies for efficiency and uncovered monetary fraud in the Insurance Department. Dr.Preeti also worked as a Manager Medical Writing and Training - PR at Prius Communications Pvt. Ltd., where they created medical and non-medical content and executed PR activities. Additionally, they have experience in medical underwriting roles at Max Bupa Health Insurance and Canara HSBC Life. Dr.Preeti has also worked as a Medical Editor at Linx International Ltd and held an executive operations role at Globerian.

Dr. Preeti Chauhan's education history includes a variety of qualifications. In 2001, they obtained a degree in B.H.M.S from Nehru Homoeopathic medical college, specializing in Homoeopathic medicine. Continuing their education, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2010.

In 2016, Dr. Chauhan pursued a Specialised Diploma in Health Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India, which focused on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Dr.Preeti later obtained additional certifications, such as the International certificate in risk management from the Institute of Risk Management, UK in 2015.

More recently, Dr. Chauhan has earned a Certificate Holder in Innovating in Health Care from the Harvard Business School in 2023. Dr.Preeti also obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Innovating in Health Care from HarvardX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University through edX in August 2023.
