Charisse Prado Cassell

Charisse Prado Cassell serves as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Cedars-Sinai, overseeing quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and population health programs. With experience in leadership roles since April 2015, Cassell ensures adherence to accreditation standards and manages various health plan quality initiatives. Prior to Cedars-Sinai, Cassell held positions at the Health Services Advisory Group, conducting research and developing health policy recommendations for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Previous roles include Clinical Project Manager and Senior Quality Measurement Manager at Health Services Advisory Group, and Public Health Nurse at LA County Department of Public Health. Cassell's educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management and Policy from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University.
