Cynthia Ulloa, MPH, CPHQ, has extensive experience in clinical quality and data administration, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Quality Specialist at Cedars-Sinai since August 2016. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Data Administrator at El Centro de Amistad, where responsibilities included monitoring clinical outcome measures, overseeing data reporting, and identifying policy issues that affected healthcare quality. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Research Assistant at Quick! Help for Meals and a Graduate Research Assistant at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where Cynthia conducted data collection, analysis, and presented research findings. Cynthia holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Biostatistics/Epidemiology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA.
