Eric Robertsen

Eric Robertsen, MBA, MBA-HCM has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Business Process Analyst in the United States Air Force for four years. In 2006, Eric joined ACC Consumer Finance as a Reporting Supervisor/Business Analyst, where they led a team of programmers and enhanced reporting capabilities through automation. In 2009, they joined Cedars-Sinai as a Senior Analyst, focusing on business analytics and data modeling. Eric's contributions included developing innovative reporting solutions and designing automated clinical dashboards to improve organizational efficiency. In 2015, they were promoted to Team Lead in Healthcare Analytics and Modeling at Cedars-Sinai, where they continued to drive cost reduction and optimize reporting capabilities.

In 2010, they completed an MBA in Healthcare Management at Colorado Technical University. Prior to that, in 2007, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the same university. In 2006, Eric obtained an MBA in Business, Information Systems, and also completed Graduate Certificates in Change Management and Business Management from Colorado Technical University. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management (ISM), was earned from Colorado Technical University in 2006. Additionally, Eric received an Associate of Science in Electrical Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 2004.
