Joe Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joe currently serves as the Vice President - Medical Network Clinical Operations at Cedars-Sinai, where they oversee the operations of primary care, medical, and surgical practices. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Dignity Health Medical Foundation, including Vice President of Operations for Central and Southern California, Interim Executive Director for the Santa Cruz and Bay Area service areas, and Executive Director for Dignity Health Medical Network. Joe also has experience as the Executive Director for the Inland Empire and Northridge markets and as the Director of Clinic Operations for the Inland Empire market. Before their time at Dignity Health, Joe worked at Tenet Healthcare as an Associate Administrator at Atlanta Medical Center and participated in their Leadership Development Program - Operations. Joe has also served as a Board Member for the Georgia Tech Business Network and participated in the Leadership Program at the Georgia Hospital Association. Earlier in their career, Joe worked as a Business Strategy Intern at The Giving Back Fund and as a Senior Process Engineer/Six Sigma Engineer at Shaw Industries. Joe started their professional journey as a Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Joe Kim completed a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004. Joe then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Harvard Business School from 2008 to 2010.
